What medication is included in the membership?

Both Reset and Elite memberships include medically-supervised prescription support. During your consultation, our provider will review your medical history and goals to determine the right option for you. We offer both semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols. All prescribing is done under physician oversight with quarterly practitioner reviews to ensure your safety and progress.

Am I a candidate for the program?

Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider based on your BMI, medical history, and health goals. Typically, candidates are adults with a BMI of 27 or greater (or 30+) who are committed to a healthy lifestyle. Your free consultation is where we’ll determine the right path for you — no pressure, no obligation.

Why is the Elite membership a better value than à la carte?

If you paid separately for unlimited Red Light, unlimited PEMF, 4 compression sessions, plus the medication and coaching, you’d spend well over $1,400/month at standard rates. Elite delivers all of it for $349–$449/month, which is why most members choose this tier.

Can I cancel or change my membership?

ThrIV memberships require a 3-month initial commitment to give your program the time it needs to work — meaningful results from medication, coaching, and recovery technology typically show at weeks 8–12. After your initial 3 months, your membership continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. You can also upgrade or downgrade between Reset and Elite at any time. If a medical provider determines continuing is not safe for you, the commitment can be waived.

Does the monthly price ever change?

Your membership price is locked. However, if you choose the oral medication option, pricing may adjust at higher dose levels due to compounding pharmacy costs that vary by dose — this is standard for oral GLP-1 medications. Your provider will always review any pricing change with you before it happens — no surprises, no hidden charges. Injectable medication pricing stays consistent throughout your program.

How is this different from other Lansing-area clinics?

Most Lansing-area clinics fall into four buckets: medspas that added a GLP-1 prescription to their menu, physician-led medication programs with nutrition coaching, national chains running calorie-restriction programs, and telehealth apps that ship you medication. Why not use a telehealth app like Hims, GobyMeds, or Klinic?

Telehealth apps can mail you medication for $99/month. What they can’t do is provide the in-person body optimization that makes the medication actually work long-term. Red light therapy, PEMF, lymphatic compression, weekly RN check-ins, and hands-on accountability don’t happen through a webcam. Telehealth is a prescription service. ThrIV Bio is a body transformation system. If all you want is a prescription in your mailbox, use telehealth. If you want results that last, work with a real team in person.

What does the $45 quarterly review cover?

Every 90 days, our practitioner conducts a brief review of your progress, any side effects, and any questions you may have. This is required by law for prescription oversight and protects your long-term safety. It’s a small investment for medically responsible care.

How quickly will I see results?

Individual results vary based on biology, adherence, and lifestyle. Most members begin noticing changes in appetite and energy within the first 2–4 weeks, with measurable body composition shifts typically visible at 8–12 weeks. Your RN will track your progress and adjust your protocol as needed.

Do I have to use injections, or can I take a pill?

Both options are available at ThrIV Bio. Our physician team will review your medical history, lifestyle, and preferences to help determine whether an injectable or daily oral medication is the right fit. The FDA approved an oral weight loss pill in 2025, and we offer it alongside traditional injectable options. Your consultation is where we help you decide which fits your life best.

Do you offer peptides?

Yes. Members receive 10% off our peptide protocols. We maintain 30+ protocols covering sleep, energy, inflammation, growth hormone, skin, gut, and more. Peptides are optional — our medical team will discuss whether any are appropriate for you during your consultation.
